been 2weeks since i update. today its another early book out for me. friday. Did well for my ippt, got silver. even thou previous ippt also silver, i did much better for this ippt. Just that stand board jump cause me to get a gold =( . Thing changes this 2weeks. i had to accept the fact that there's no more u. Training get tougher n tougher each day. sweating everything out help. =D.


Right now there's another. I shall learn to cherish . =)
